We use aggregated (gathered up data across all user accounts) information to develop content targeted to users’ interests and to better our users experience.

When you follow an even organizer, buy an event ticket, or other product, we will forward the information you give us to the organizer or provider to the extent necessary to fulfill your request. You may receive custom notifications from subscribed services/organizers in the future.

If you choose to submit content (e.g., a “events, photos, videos” or an online review, etc.), we may publish your name, screen name and other information you have provided to us. You hereby consent to this.

DATA DELETION: You may request for us to delete your data (name, email,  and other info you choose to provide) by clicking on "Support" inside the app or send us an email to: support@palmis.app and our support team will delete your account and all your data (name, email, profile history, events you liked or saved, etc.). 

As Required by Law, Palmis, Inc. may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on palmis.app or to protect and defend the rights or property of Palmis, Inc.
